The door leaf and frame are made from kiln-dried hardwood that's been treated with fire-retardant chemicals to make it much less flammable. The core is fully filled with dense, non-combustible thermal insulation boards. That's what gives this door its ability to block heat so well. Even when temperatures get extreme, that core stays stable-no warping, no cracking, no collapse. We've also done sandbag impact tests. Even after a heavy hit, the core stays intact, so there's no gap for fire to sneak through.

A door panel alone won't save you. You need the whole system to work.

Our doors come with grooves for intumescent fire seals. When heat gets high enough, those seals expand and close up the gaps between the door and the frame. That keeps toxic smoke and gases from getting through.

Every door also comes with heavy-duty fire-rated hardware and self-closing devices. If a fire starts, the door shuts and latches automatically-no one has to remember to close it. For double-door setups, we use sequential closers so the inactive leaf closes first, making sure the seal is perfect every time.

You don't have to sacrifice design for safety. The wood veneers are premium and natural-oak, walnut, cherry, beech. We can finish them with fire-retardant clear lacquer or paint, depending on the look you want.
