Recessed ceiling mounting for superior aesthetics. In standby condition, the tilting panel retracts horizontally flush with the ceiling. Fully concealed within the ceiling without exposed parts, it preserves the integral ceiling appearance. Ideal for aesthetic-sensitive large spaces including premium malls, exhibition halls, atriums, office buildings and underground parking garages. It eliminates the drawback of fixed smoke baffles protruding below the ceiling and ruining interior finishes.

Low overhead ceiling space occupation. Compared with roller-type movable smoke baffles, the tilting structure requires no reserved space for roller drums, so the required installation space above the ceiling is reduced. It can be arranged in areas with dense pipelines and fits projects with limited ceiling cavity space.

Smooth operation and excellent resistance to wind sway. Equipped with rotating shaft and limit mechanism, the panel tilts down stably without violent impact. The panel exhibits slight deflection under smoke airflow, delivering superior smoke sealing performance. It can effectively maintain the height of the smoke reservoir and reduce smoke bypass flow, complying with smoke reservoir requirements for smoke control zones specified in GB51251.
Custom Smoke Retaining Height
Standard sizes: 500 mm, 600 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm. Non-standard smoke retaining height can be customized upon request. The tolerance of effective smoke retaining height is controlled at 0~+5 mm to accommodate various designed smoke reservoir depths.
Custom Single Section Width
Maximum standard width of single section ≤2400 mm. Single section width (any dimension from 300 mm to 2400 mm) can be customized according to site bay size. Multi-section splicing is adopted for widths exceeding 2400 mm. High-temperature resistant EPDM sealing strips are fitted between sections to prevent smoke leakage.
Custom Panel Material
Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet: 0.8 mm base material, cost-effective option for general indoor projects, equipped with thickened counterweight bottom beam. 304 stainless steel sheet: 0.8–1.5 mm, for high-corrosion environments such as humid underground parking garages and sewage areas. Fire-resistant glass type: transparent and visible, delivering clear suspended ceiling aesthetic for atriums and exhibition halls.
