Material & Steel Plate Thickness
Main material: Electrostatic powder coated galvanized steel. Frame ≥1.2mm, leaf ≥0.8–1.0mm; 1.2mm leaf recommended for high-traffic areas to resist impact deformation.
Door core: Aluminum honeycomb / flame-retardant paper honeycomb. No hollowing, odor-free, flame retardant. Low-grade honeycomb prone to delamination is prohibited.
Surface: Medical antibacterial powder coating, seamless bent construction, no exposed screws or dirt traps. Coating resists alcohol and 84 disinfectant.
Sealing Structure (Critical for Cleanroom Acceptance)
EPDM mildew-proof sealing gaskets are embedded on three sides of the door frame. An auto-lifting bottom sweep drops to seal when the door closes and retracts to avoid floor abrasion when opened, which is the core of airtight performance.
