Hardware Accessories (Must be fire‑rated dedicated hardware)
Hinges: Fire‑rated hinges, minimum 3 pieces for single‑leaf doors.
Door closer: Certified fire‑rated door closer, closing time: 5‑8 s. Double‑leaf doors shall be equipped with door coordinator.
Evacuation passage: Fitted with panic exit push‑bar lock; spherical knob locks are prohibited.
Normally‑open fire door: Equipped with fire‑door electromagnetic release, supporting fire‑alarm linkage and open‑closed status signal feedback.
Normally‑closed fire door: Optional magnetic door contact monitoring switch.
Nameplate Marking (Zero‑tolerance item for acceptance)
Permanent riveted metal nameplate, adhesive sticker type is not allowed. Marked contents: product model, fire‑resistance classification, applicable standard GB12955‑2024, manufacturer, production date, expiry date and traceability code. Equipped with fire‑safety product identity code (S‑code). The model and specification shall be fully identical among physical product, certification certificate and test report.
Mandatory Clauses to be Specified in Procurement Contract
Applicable Standard: GB12955‑2024. Products manufactured after May 1, 2026 shall be supplied. The old standard GB12955‑2008 is not acceptable.
Door Leaf Infill: Door leaf shall be filled with Class‑A non‑combustible perlite fire‑resistant core board. Inferior alternative filling materials are prohibited.
Steel Plate Thickness: For A1.0 h / A1.5 h fire‑rated doors, door frame ≥1.2 mm, door leaf ≥0.8 mm. Random on‑site caliper inspection shall be performed. Unconditional return or replacement shall apply in case of excessive negative tolerance.
Complete set of fire‑rated hardware with corresponding test reports. Double‑leaf doors shall be factory‑fitted with door coordinator. Normally‑open fire doors shall be equipped with release device plus status signal feedback function.
Model and specification of delivered goods, nameplate, certification and test reports shall be 100 % consistent. On‑site cutting or modification of finished doors is forbidden.
Scope of supply includes incoming‑goods acceptance, concealed‑work guidance and linkage commissioning, to fully satisfy fire‑safety submission and acceptance requirements
