1. Upon receiving the goods, the client shall carefully verify the quantity, specifications, grade, and whether all accessories are qualified and complete according to the supply contract.
2. Storage and Handling: Fireproof windows shall be stored vertically in a dry indoor environment with anti-corrosion measures. The glass shall be placed on or supported by objects that will not damage the edges or surface of the glass.
3. Installation
(1) Fireproof windows must be inspected before installation. If the window frame or sash is warped, deformed, or the glass is broken due to improper transportation or storage, it shall be repaired before installation.
(2) During installation, fireproof windows must be leveled with a spirit level or the verticality of the windows in all directions must be corrected using a plumb line to ensure they are horizontally and vertically aligned and at the same height.
(3) The window frame must be an integral part of the building, connected to the wall using wooden or iron fittings. After installation, cement mortar must be poured between the steel window frame and the wall, and the window must be cured for at least 24 hours before normal use. (4) The mounting holes for hardware accessories should be accurately positioned to ensure that the hardware accessories are installed flat and securely, meeting usage requirements.
(5) When installing fireproof glass, the gaps on all four sides must be even. After positioning, fill the gaps on all four sides with fireproof cotton and then seal the edges with the sealing strip.
(6) In addition to the above requirements, installation should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specifications".
