The roller shutter door mainly consists of the door body, drive unit, and control system. The door body is made of high-quality stainless steel and aluminum alloy profiles, using a parallelogram hinge principle for flexible extension and retraction with a large travel range. The drive unit uses a special motor with worm gear reduction and a manual clutch, allowing for manual opening and closing during power outages. The control system includes a control panel and push-button switches; a wireless remote control can also be added upon request. A scrolling display screen with 500 characters can be installed. An intelligent infrared dual-probe anti-collision device can also be added, automatically reversing the operation upon detecting a person or object within 20-30cm, thus ensuring the safety of vehicles and pedestrians.
