01.Acceptance of Opening Direction and Clear Width

On-site measurement: Verify the door leaf opens towards the evacuation passage. Measure the effective evacuation clear width of the doorway, deducting space occupied by the door frame and opened door leaf to meet minimum code requirements. The door leaf opening angle ≥90°. The opened door shall not occupy walkways or stair landings.

02.Is metric roller chain sprocket universal?

Panic exit device test: Press the push bar directly; the door shall unlock and open immediately. It shall automatically re-lock after reset without jamming. Door closer test: After manual opening, the door closer shall close the door smoothly without impact. Double-leaf door test: Inspect the door coordinator. Open and close repeatedly to confirm correct closing sequence of the two leaves. Check for unauthorized installation of bolts or padlocks. Evacuation doors must not be locked.

03.Acceptance of Safety Details

Door leaf corners shall be rounded to eliminate sharp edges and prevent impact injuries. Door glass shall be safety tempered glass to avoid injury from breakage. The gap between the bottom of door leaf and floor shall be properly controlled to prevent debris jamming. Check signs: Clear "EXIT" signs shall be posted at evacuation doors.

04.Document Acceptance

Verify product certificates and hardware test reports. Fire doors shall have corresponding 3C certificates. Confirm the specification and model of delivered doors match design drawings.
