Basic Material of Door Body
●Door body materials commonly used are 304 and 201 stainless steel. The thickness of the door frame plate shall be no less than 1.2 mm, and the thickness of the door leaf panel shall be no less than 0.8 mm. The plate surface shall be flat without scratches, corrosion or deformation.
●The interior filling of the door leaf shall adopt fireproof and heat-insulating core materials complying with specifications. The filling shall be full and dense, free of cavities or looseness, and combustible filling materials are prohibited.
●Fire sealing members adopt temperature-resistant fire intumescent sealing strips, which are continuously embedded in the grooves of the door frame or door leaf with reliable fixation, free of breakage or falling off. They can expand at high temperature to seal gaps and block the spread of fire and smoke.
●The gap between door leaf and frame shall be strictly controlled. The overlap between door leaf and door frame shall be no less than 10 mm. After the door leaf is closed, the gaps shall be uniform and meet the requirements of fire resistance tests.
Fire Resistance Performance
For stainless steel fire doors with viewing windows, fire-rated glass matching the fire resistance rating must be adopted. Fire-resistant sealing gaskets shall be installed around the glass perimeter. The glass shall be firmly embedded without looseness or cracking. The glass area shall comply with standard limits; oversized large-area window openings are prohibited.
