Mandatory Technical Parameters of Main Frame
1.Door frame & leaf steel: Frame ≥1.2mm cold-rolled galvanized steel, leaf skin ≥0.8mm, integrally bent & welded with full well-shaped reinforcing keels. Interior filled with compacted dust-free non-combustible perlite fire core boards, no collapse or delamination in fire. Hot-dip galvanizing + fluorocarbon coating optional for coastal salt spray corrosion resistance.
2.Smoke sealing system: Full-length intumescent strips (expansion ratio ≥5x). Smoke leakage: ≤20m³/h (single leaf), ≤30m³/h (double leaf) under 25Pa differential pressure. Door gap ≤2mm, inspected by 0.1mm feeler gauge. Double doors with middle joint strips and liftable bottom airtight seals.
Core Fire-resistant Glass Selection & Classification
Only certified fire-resistant glass with official identification is permitted. Ordinary tempered or insulating glass is not allowed.
Class A Insulated Composite Fire Glass
Grout-filled composite glass with thickness ≥35mm, providing both fire integrity and thermal insulation. Rated A0.50 / A1.00 / A1.50 (0.5h/1.0h/1.5h). Suitable for high-risk areas such as electrical rooms, fire wall openings and stairwells, preventing back-face ignition during fire.
Class C Non-insulated Cesium-Potassium Fire Glass
Only guarantees fire integrity with fire resistance rating ranging from 0.5h to 3.0h. Mostly used for corridor passages and office partitions. It merely blocks flame penetration without mandatory thermal insulation requirement.
Installation Requirements
Glass edges are sealed with fireproof elastic strips and sealant with reserved expansion gaps to prevent thermal cracking and falling off. The vision window size must strictly conform to type test report specifications; oversized dimensions are non-compliant.
