Fire Linkage Control and Commissioning
Inspection of Electric Control and Fire Linkage System
☐ Smoke detectors and heat detectors are connected to two separate independent circuits and shall not share one loop.
☐ NH fire-resistant copper cables shall be adopted for linkage wiring, routed through hot-dip galvanized fire-resistant steel conduits.
☐ A weatherproof local push-button station with UP/DOWN/STOP functions shall be mounted on the side wall of the opening at a height of 1.4 m.
☐ When smoke and heat alarm signals are activated simultaneously, the fire curtain shall fully lower to the ground to fully close the opening.
☐ The main control panel in the fire control room is capable of receiving feedback signals including intermediate stop, full descent and equipment failure of the fire curtain.

Comprehensive On-site Test & Inspection of Commissioning Functions
☐ The fire curtain operates smoothly without jamming throughout the full travel range including lifting, mid-position stop and lowering.
☐ Remote control via fire control main panel and local push-button control function properly.
☐ Upon power failure, the thermal release device can lower the curtain automatically to form fire separation.
☐ No vehicles or pipelines permanently occupy the vertical travel clearance of the fire curtain.
☐ Operational warning signs and emergency release operation instructions are posted on site.

Inspection of Sealing Clearance & Floor Smoke Barrier
☐ The side gap between curtain fabric and guide rail shall not exceed 5 mm, with no obvious light-transmitting or smoke leakage passages.
☐ After the fire curtain lands, the bottom rubber strip fits closely to the ground, and the clearance is ≤ 10 mm.
☐ All intumescent rubber strips are free from aging, hardening and falling off, and their fire expansion sealing function remains intact.
☐ No large-area light transmission, air leakage or bulging occurs during the whole lifting and lowering process.
