Heavy-duty Wind-resistant Energy-saving Industrial Sectional Door
Heavy-duty wind-resistant industrial sectional doors are suitable for large opening applications such as large steel structure workshops, logistics warehouses, garages, loading bays and equipment workshops. They open vertically upward with panel lifting, requiring no space in front of or behind the doorway. Featuring high wind resistance, energy-saving insulation and reliable sealing, they are the mainstream enclosure solution for large-span industrial openings, suited for high wind pressure and frequent opening/closing conditions.
Ⅰ.he door panels are thickened double-layer color steel sandwich panels. The face sheets are hot-dip galvanized color steel with polyester coating, scratch-resistant and anti-corrosive. The core is polyurethane foam with low thermal conductivity to reduce heat loss. Reinforcing ribs are built into panels, and wind-resistant steel liners are added for large spans to improve bending resistance. Seals are fitted at panel joints. Panel thicknesses of 40 mm and 50 mm are available, and upgrades can be customized.
Ⅱ.The tracks are made of thickened hot-dip galvanized steel, including vertical tracks, horizontal tracks and curved tracks. Multiple lifting modes are supported: standard lift, high lift and inclined lift. Equipped with wear-resistant wind-resistant wheel sets, large openings are fitted with wind limit stops to prevent panel derailment under strong winds. All hardware is hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance against dust and humid environments.
Ⅲ.It is fitted with an industrial dedicated sectional door motor with high load capacity for frequent start-stop cycles. The control system has overload protection, obstruction sensing and limit protection. Operation modes include push buttons and remote control, and can be extended with loop detectors, radar sensors and access control interlock. A manual release is provided for hand-cranking operation during power failure.
Ⅳ.Multi-point full-perimeter sealing: overlapping seals between panels, side track seals and bottom rubber weatherstripping for dustproof, rainproof, windproof and noise reduction performance. EPDM seals are optional for constant-temperature and clean workshops. Variable frequency speed control is optional for soft start and stop to reduce component wear.
